Defying Conformity in a Material World

ree

I've always known that adults were just kids acting like they know everything.

Now that I'm legally considered a grown man, I can confirm that most of the people out here have no idea what they're doing; they're all acting!

They are playing characters of society until they die. I've realized that being an adult is often associated with giving up your dreams and following what others are doing. This, my friend, means being a sheep, nothing else. I don't mind being called immature by people who don't even know how brainwashed they are. How ironic is that? I remember being 10 and feeling hopeless, thinking about death, holding onto my dreams, and hearing others tell me that I was not realistic.

Today I stand for my dreams and my inner child. As soon as you stop dreaming, you're just dead. I don't care about being homeless or dying tomorrow. I will always stand for my ethics. This capitalist society doesn't care about you and your dreams. The only thing that matters is money, money, money.

I have no time to waste with someone who can't see beauty and meaning without money. I'd rather be called crazy then. I can't go a day without thinking about the absurdity of life.
